Savoury Brussel Sprout Chips
Full bodied flavour. Satisfies that potato chip craving.
Rinse fresh Brussel Sprouts and cut ends off.
Peel off as many leaves as possible. Cut end again and peel off remaining leaves. These will be your chips. You should only have a tiny sprout remaining, you can toss that in a salad later.
I peeled approx 18 sprouts for 8 cups of leaves.
Coat in seasoning:
Blend into a thick paste.
4 dehydrated tomato halves
3 cloves of fresh garlic
4 medjool dates
Juice 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup water
Pinch of pink salt
Dash of smoked paprika
Dash of black pepper
* Add a little chilli powder for some extra heat.
Dehydrate at 115 F until crisp.
