(Please note, I am doing this after three years of gradual dietary changes to a low fat raw vegan lifestyle. Because of this I have experienced zero detox symptoms. Please research this thoroughly before deciding if a juice feast is right for you. I personally am doing 80% fruit and 20% vegetable juice. I also add spirulina powder and a vegan omega oil blend to my juices daily). I drink as much juice as necessary to keep my energy high which is around 4-6 litres daily. Make sure your bowels move every morning to eliminate any toxins and debris from your body.)
