Hot savoury smoothies are a thing and I’ve been enjoying them this month.
I added boiling water to mine as I’m not a fan of how foamy the Vitamix makes it if you blend it to heat.
4 sm tomatoes
2 stalks of celery
a red or yellow pepper
miso and red chilli paste.
The flavour variations are endless. Add some sunflower or hemp seeds for a creamy version.
