Hot savoury smoothies are a thing and I’ve been enjoying them this month.
I added boiling water to mine as I’m not a fan of how foamy the Vitamix makes it if you blend it to heat. Blend: 4 sm tomatoes 2 stalks of celery a red or yellow pepper garlic green onion miso and red chilli paste. Seriously divine. The flavour variations are endless.
