Banana Oat Pancakes
*vegan *gluten free *WFPB no oil * If you’re not a fan of bananas just omit them, this batter is fantastic without them as well! You will need: 2 cups oat flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp egg replacer 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 mashed ripe bananas 1 cup soy milk 1/2 cup water 2 tsp vanilla Mix well and spoon onto a non stick pan. Cook on low heat until golden brown and flip. Enjoy!
