Guilt Free Chocolate Almond Sundae. Banana Nicecream: Blend 2 fresh bananas until liquified. Add four cups of coarsely chopped frozen banana blend until smooth. Add more if needed and blend to desired consistency. A vitamix blender is ideal for this, but my Ninja blender does a great job! Chocolate Sauce: 2 tbsp raw cacao. I personally use @prana raw cacao or raw carob. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract or 1″ vanilla bean, 1/4 cup fresh coconut milk, 8 raw almonds, 1/4 hot water, 5 medjool dates (pitted). Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add more hot water to desired consistency if too thick. ENJOY YOUR DECADENT, CRUELTY FREE, LIFE GIVING, ANTIOXIDANT RICH SUNDAE!
