Pineapple Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

• 1 chopped pineapple
• 2 ripe bananas
• 6-8 pitted medjool dates
• 2 cups ice
• 2 cups Filtered water
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Use the pineapple core as well as the flesh. Blend until frothy and dates are well incorporated. Makes just over one litre.
