Whole Food, Plant-Based Banana Split
Use a Yonanas Ice-Cream MAKER or other fruit soft serve maker. These make a slightly firmer ice cream great for ice cream cones etc. (If you have extra time or are making more than a few of these it could be beneficial to make nicecream in a blender and freeze for a bit to harden/firm up beforehand).
I used a combination of carob, strawberry and plain banana. Topped this off with crushed pumpkin seeds and miniature pineapple raspberry skewers.
