Banana Chocolate Supreme.
Pallas and I just had this as an after school snack. Let’s just say that we both had second servings. Sliced up fresh bananas Homemade Raw Chocolate Sauce: Blend 5 medjool dates -pitted, 2 tbsp raw cacao, 1″ piece of vanilla bean, 8 raw almonds, 1 tsp coconut butter (not oil), pinch of pink salt, 1/2 cup warm water or more to desired consistency. Strawberry Ncecream
With making nicecream you can start with fresh fruit or plant based milk to get the mixture moving in your appliance (if using a food processor or blender). Ingredients: Fresh or frozen strawberries Frozen banana pieces Plant milk if necessary If using fresh strawberries blend first until liquid then add frozen bananas, blend on high until smooth If using all frozen fruit blend with plant milk until smooth and creamy. Use a Yonanas Ice-Cream MAKER or other fruit soft serve maker. These make a slightly firmer ice cream great for ice cream cones etc. (If you have extra time or are making more than a few of these it could be beneficial to make nicecream in a blender and freeze for a bit to harden/firm up beforehand). I used a combination of carob, strawberry and plain banana. Topped this off with crushed pumpkin seeds and miniature pineapple raspberry skewers. Peanut Butter Chocolate Nicecream
Servings 1-2 INGREDIENTS
In a high speed blender or food processor add cacao powder, vanilla, peanut butter (or powder) and ripe peeled bananas. Blend until smooth. Next add frozen bananas either in chunks or sliced (be careful cutting them). Blend on high speed until creamy. You may need to stop to stir a few times, trust me it's worth, whatever it takes to get this healthy decadence! Enjoy! |
